Shipping policy

Shipping costs depend on the country you live in. We ship all of our products in safe packaging and padding to prevent any damages. If you like to have extra safe packaging after placing an order, let us know about it and email us at info@belowsystem.com with your order number.

For our USA customers:
We're applying a duty/tax of 15% on top of the total product price due to the tariffs USA has set for products bought from Europe. We are based in the Netherlands and we have to pay these tariffs upfront.
